There is someone I like. He is Uno-senpai at my part-time job. He is serious at work, but I fell in love with him because he has a little bit of a loose cannon, and because of the kindness with which he sometimes talks to me during breaks. One day during break time, we were all talking. I overheard a conversation I couldn't put down. I heard an inaudible conversation: "We had a lot of fun at the drinking party the other night, didn't we? I was surprised that Mirei-chan became a kisser! Did you make it home after that?" What? I can't imagine the serious Ms. Uno becoming a kisser. I can't imagine Mr. Uno being a kisser... I can't imagine him sticking to anyone, male or female... No, wait, that means that if I went out for a drink with him... that's what I would do! Ever since I heard that story, I've been curious about Mr. Uno and have tried to ask him out for a drink many times, but I've lost all of them... I guess that means I don't have a pulse. I was walking at a sluggish pace when Mr. Uno came chasing after me from behind. I said, "I'm sorry I always turn you down. I'm sorry for always saying no. I'm free today! But I've been trying to cut back on alcohol lately, so if it's just dinner... how about it?" I was happy to have a date with him! Yay! I was so excited that I went out to eat with him, and he said, "Since we're here, I'd like to make a toast...I'll go out with you for at least one drink.
